Some customers may have experienced a brief interruption when accessing Care Control Pocket, Mobile and eMAR at 12:45 - 14:35.

This happened following an update. Our team quickly identified the issue, restored the correct setting and services recovered shortly after.

All affected services are now operating normally. We have also added further checks to help prevent this happening during future updates.

We apologise for any inconvenience caused and thank you for your patience.
