We will be carrying out essential planned maintenance on Care Control services to support the continued security, reliability and compatibility of our platform.

During the maintenance window, Care Control Cloud, Pocket, Mobile, eMAR and Screens may each experience a brief interruption while updates are applied and servers are restarted.

Any disruption is expected to last less than 5 minutes per service within the scheduled window.

No action is required from customers. Services will resume automatically once the maintenance has been completed.

Our Infrastructure Team will closely monitor all systems following the update to ensure services continue operating as expected.
